Matrice 3TD belongs to the DJI Dock 2 family and is not compatible with DJI Dock 3. Jetayu displayed INR 7,80,000 and INR 8,19,000 including GST with a one-year in-house warranty, but confirm whether this is aircraft only or includes controller, batteries, charging kit, DJI Care, FlightHub licence and Dock 2 integration. Obtain sealed serial, importer, dispatch, GST invoice, firmware region, service owner and written warranty scope before payment.
Buying this aircraft does not authorise operation. Confirm exact model type certification, UIN and Digital Sky status, remote-pilot and organisational requirements, airspace permissions, geofencing, radio compliance and any BVLOS or automated-dock approval with DGCA before deployment. Do not point the thermal sensor at the sun, laser or other intense energy source.
As of Jul 2026, DJI operates no India service centre and no official India store: the country selector on DJI’s official repair portal lists roughly 50 country/region sites (US, EU, China, Japan, Australia and others) and India is not among them — Indian users fall under a generic “Other Regions” option. Any DJI unit sold in India is an import, and repair in practice means shipping the unit abroad or relying on the seller’s own arrangement. Get the seller’s warranty commitment in writing and keep the GST invoice; for drones specifically, India’s import ban adds further risk (see the regulatory notes).

REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Rule 14 of the Drone Rules, 2021 generally requires a UIN before operation. Nano aircraft (250 g or less) are exempt from type certification, the remote-pilot credential and third-party insurance, but do not have a general UIN exemption. DGCA currently says registration of non-type-certified UAS is temporarily suspended; confirm the exact eGCA path, serial number, type certificate and airspace restrictions before purchase or operation.
