Confirm HS175D on the aircraft and carton, not HS175, and enumerate both 1700 mAh batteries, transmitter, case, cables and spare props. Independent testing found useful GPS value but criticised the 4K marketing: microSD video is about 2.7K and there is no mechanical gimbal. Complete drones in CBU, SKD and CKD form are prohibited imports under DGFT Notification 54/2015-20, with narrow authorisation-based exceptions. Components remain free. REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Rule 14 of the Drone Rules, 2021 generally requires a UIN before operation. Nano aircraft (250 g or less) are exempt from type certification, the remote-pilot credential and third-party insurance, but do not have a general UIN exemption. DGCA currently says registration of non-type-certified UAS is temporarily suspended; confirm the exact eGCA path, serial number, type certificate and airspace restrictions before purchase or operation.
